BURTON -- Police shut down part of westbound I-69 after a semi truck rollover Wednesday morning.

A semi truck slid off the expressway, near the Belsay Road exit.

Police say the truck lost control and knocked over a guardrail.

Interstate-69 was shut down westbound between Belsay and Center roads for six hours, while crews worked to remove the wreckage and repair the guardrail.

Drivers were urged to stay clear of the area until the scene is cleared.

The driver of the semi was uninjured.
