The storm that passed through Midland this week has left behind something residents don't like: flooding. Several parts of the city were under water on Tuesday. The area behind Northwood University is wet. That's where the Tittabawassee River has flowed over its banks. 3 homeowners have wet lawns. One driveway is impassable. But with temperatures this week in the 70's, the flooding is expected to be short-lived. As one person put it, "this too, shall pass".
