Michigan State Police are investigating an ATV accident that injured a Sanilac County woman and her 11-year-old daughter Saturday night.
Troopers responded to 2376 Stiles Road in Maple Valley Township, where they found both mother and child ejected from the ATV, which had rolled into a nearby ditch.
The child was treated and released with minor injuries.
The mother, who was driving the ATV, remains in critical condition at Hurley Medical Center.
