DeVontrae Benton returns to court on Tuesday

DeVontrae Benton will return to court on Tuesday. He's the man accused of shooting six-year old Jonaries Holden.

Holden's family says it is confident that Benton was the one that pulled the trigger. Investigators say Benton and Jonaries' father were arguing over a $60 loan when shots were fired. Prosecutors say Benton was actually aiming for Jonaries' father.
