FENTON -- A man accused of killing and dismembering his ex-girlfriend has confessed to the crime.

However, a Fenton couple has been indicted with helping him commit the gruesome act.

The Dayton Daily News in Ohio is reporting Matthew Puccio plans to plead guilty to murdering Jessica Rae Sacco but says Andrew and Kandis Forney were not involved.

Officials say both saw the killing and Andrew Forney is also accused of helping to dispose of Sacco's body.

Two other people from Ohio were also indicted.

Little is known about the couple's time in Fenton, other than they lived in a home near State Road Elementary Schoo. Authorities say the couple was visiting Puccio and his girlfriend for a few weeks before the slaying.
