This week Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette ordered three internet cafe's to close down.

Inside, players use video-game-like machines and are told they could win cash and prizes.

MidMichigan has several internet cafe's including one of the ones told to close down.

Despite being told to stop, the Flint Business Center is still letting people in.

Within a few minutes, NBC25 found several people going into the business Wednesday.

Michigan's attorney general has told this internet cafe to close down within two weeks.

He says it's violating the state's gambling laws.

Across town, NBC25 found other cafe's that have not been ordered to stop.

Linda Monville of Swartz Creek says she visits Lady Luck Internet Cafe on Torrey Road five days a week. She says, "I just come here and have a good time. I spend a $20 bill, and I'm content."

Monville says it's like a playing a video game, spending 20-cents to 30-cents at a time for a chance to win.

"I don't think it's gambling. If it is, it's petty stuff. It's not like a casino or nothing. It's borderline," says Monville.

Each of the places NBC25 visited said that no one could talk on camera at the time.

Some of the locations offered complimentary snacks after a customer purchases time on the machines.

Workers told NBC25 the attorney general is picking on them because it's popular and questionable.

They admit, there are some businesses that are breaking the law, but that their location is in compliance.

There's no word why the attorney general singled-out the Flint Business Center.

When NBC25 approached the Flint Business Center, those inside said they had no comment on anything.
