FLINT -- Flint's Emergency Manager Michael Brown, Public Safety Administrator Barnett Jones and Police Chief Alvern Lock are holding a press conference to unveil the CIty of Flint's new Public Safety Plan.

The press conference will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 4 in the Dome at City Hall and is expected to last 30 minutes.

Federal, State, and County officials of the law enforcement and legal communities will also be in attendance.
