FLINT -- Authorities have confirmed that power has been restored to parts of downtown Flint that were blacked out on Monday due to lingering water damage from Friday's record rainfall.

The outage affected the Genesee County Courthouse and the human services building.

The outage lasted a little less than four hours.

Officials from Consumers Energy reported about 400 customers around downtown Flint lost power in addition to several traffic lights.
