A new taser law goes into effect on August 8th. Civilians will be allowed to purchase tasers from certain stores in the area that carry them as long as they have a concealed weapon license.

We have also reported on this story before, previously in May when the bill passed throught he Michigan House and was signed by Gov. Snyder.
