FLINT -- The manhunt has ended for teenage homicide suspect Mark Jones, who was caught by Flint police on Thursday night.

Police confirm the arrest occurred without incident.  He was captured around 9:40 p.m. in a home on Cecil Street in Flint.

The 16-year-old Jones escaped a week ago from a counseling center on Corunna Road, slipping out a back door and telling guards he was going to the bathroom.

He was arrested back in 2010 after breaking into 73-year-old Merlene Wray's home and killing her.

Earlier this week, a special fugitive team comprised of Flint, the Michigan State Police, and the FBI combined forces to search for Jones.

According to M-Live, Mark Jones was arraigned earlier today on two additional charges: escaping from a juvenile facility and unlawful driveaway. A judge set bond at two hundred thousand dollars. His preliminary hearing is set for July 5th.
