FLINT (AP) -- Authorities say a Flint man threatened the lives of three members of Congress during telephone calls to their offices.

Randall Dellinger was charged Thursday with making threats. In a court filing, an FBI agent says Dellinger blames the Michigan Corrections Department for health problems and wants something done about it.

The FBI says threatening calls were made to the offices of U.S. Sens. Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow and Dellinger's congressman, U.S. Rep. Dale Kildee.

Dellinger told agents this week that transmitters were planted in him in prison.

The FBI says he was arrested by Flint police and is in custody. It's not known if he has a lawyer.
