Flames erupted at a Flint Township restaurant Sunday afternoon.

It happened around 1:45 p.m. at Don Pablo's on Miller Road.

Mundy Township, Flint Township and Flint Fire Fighters all responded to the Fire. According to them, the fire started on the outside of the building and quickly spread to the attic. They also said guests and employees were able to escape with no injuries.

A Flint Township Fire Fighter was taken to the hospital for heat related symptoms.

Authorities will not say exactly how the fire started but said they are not treating the case as suspicious and are no longer investigating the incident.
