BAY CITY -- Police need your help to find a woman who hit someone with her SUV and fled the scene. Authorities tell NBC25 she was caught on a surveillance video at a nearby gas station not long before causing the accident.
The victim is a 20-year-old woman who was hit near 28th and Broadway around 10:00 p.m. on Monday night.
The suspect's vehicle is described as a black four-door GMC Jimmy with a luggae rack on top.
