ARBELA TOWNSHIP -- A rollover crash in Tuscola County Thursday morning left a 49-year-old driver in critical condition.

Michigan State Police say the Millington area man and his 49-year-old wife were traveling west on Birch Run Road in a 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck in Arbela Township around 9:43 a.m.  They were struck in the driver side by an 18-year-old Clio man, who was traveling north on Reese Road.  The impact caused the pickup truck to lose control and roll over.

The 49-year-old driver and his wife were taken to Hurley Medical Center.  The driver is listed in critical condition.

The crash remains under investigation.  Police say all parties appeared to be wearing seatbelts.  Speed and alcohol are not considered factors.
