One local flower-shop is finding a way to make a difference in Genessee County.
It's the 18th annual Good Neighbor Day at the Bentley Flower Shop in Burton.
On Wednesday the shop is handing out 3,500 roses in one dozen bundles, at no cost to the customer. It is all about being a good neighbor. Before the customer leaves he or show must sign an agreement to keep only one rose and giveaway 11 others, spreading joy in the area.
