MT. MORRIS TOWNSHIP -- Several fire departments are at the scene of a warehouse fire on Dolan Drive near W. Pierson Road in Mt. Morris Township. Crews from Mt. Morris Township, Clio, Genesee Township and Flushing responded to the Floor Source Wholesale & Supply building at 4054 Dolan Drive for a fully-engulfed fire around 6:45 p.m. Authorities on scene tell NBC25 nearby businesses were evacuated and no one was inside at the time the fire started. Thick, black smoke could be seen along U.S. 23 and from as far east as Lapeer. Police blocked off Pierson Rd. from U.S. 23 to Dolan Drive to allow crews access to the fire.
