Hair stylists in Mid-Michigan are working together to help women fighting cancer look good and feel better.

It is a program that seeks to give cancer patients a new attitude.

The American Cancer Society sets up women with a hair stylist and make up artist.

The patients also get two free wigs and about $300.00 in products, but to keep the program running more beauty professionals are needed.

"We need you. We would love to have you on bard to help us out. You only have to give away 6 hours of your time and that's not a lot," said Judy Bukowski, owner of Day Escape Salon and Spa.

Fore more information on how to get involved call 800-227-2345.
