SAGINAW -- Saginaw Police have identified last week's 16-year-old shooting victim as Walter Edward Riley Jr.
Riley was Saginaw's 21st homicide of the year.
The shooting occurred on Novmeber 12 when Saginaw Police were dispatched to the 3300 block of Rust Street around 4 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found the 16-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. MMR personnel arrived at the scene and pronounced the Riley dead on their arrival.
