FRANKENMUTH -- The downtown business group in Frankenmuth, The Cass and Main Collection, is giving back this holiday season by helping folks warm up.

"Spread the holiday warmth" is a campaign that benefits the City Rescue Mission of Saginaw.

Beginning Saturday, local businesses are giving back.

Abby's of Frankenmuth is donating a hat and glove set for every coat sold.

The Frankenmuth Woolen Mill Comforter Shop is giving a fleece blanket for ever comforter sold.

The businesses plan to donate the items to the Rescue Mission on December 17.

"We wanted to do something for the community and we thought what better way to warm their hearts, hands and head," says Abby Curtis, owner of Abby's of Frankenmuth.

The stores are open 10a.m. to 8p.m. during the week and until 9p.m. on the weekends.
