FLINT -- A Flint teenager who says he accidentally shot and killed his friend on New Year's Day was back in court Wednesday.

16-year-old Shukur Brown was arraigned on four felonies, including second-degree murder.

Brown plead not guilty to all four charges.

Police say Brown killed 15-year-old Gianni Herron in the basement of a home on N. Chevrolet Ave. early New Year's Day.

Brown was arrested after a local pastor encouraged to turn himself in two days after the shooting.
