FLINT -- Representative Woodrow Stanley is hosting a town hall meeting to discuss gun violence Monday night.
The meeting will be held at Potter Elementary School in Flint from 5-7.
The community is invited to attend.
Over the weekend, Representative Stanley announced his plans to run for state senate.
He plans to run for the vacated seat of Senator John Gleason in the 27th District.
Gleason was elected Genesee County Clerk in November.
