FLINT -- A nearly month-long cold case murder trial in Flint ends in a mistrial.

Yesterday a jury informed a Genesee County circuit judge they could not reach a verdict in the trial of Harvey Johnson.

Johnson was charged with first-degree murder and several weapons charges in the 2007 killing of a Flint store owner Wajdi Badr.

A new trial is scheduled for April 9.
