FLINT -- A Genesee County Judge is expected to rule later today on a lawsuit filed against Flint over water rates.

Flint City Council President Scott Kincaid filed the suit on behalf of city residents.

Water and sewer rates have more than doubled since 2011.

Flint residents can find some helpful tips regarding their water service at the City of Flint website.
