Chad Cole faces 4 counts of child pornography
HOLLY -- A 45 year old Holly man has been charged with possession of child pornography.
Holly police say Chad Cole was charged in federal court for producing, owning and giving out child pornography.
Working with a sheriff's office in Idaho as well as the FBI, the Holly police say they learned that Cole had been communicating with a girl in Idaho.
Authorities tell NBC25 that Cole sent sexually explicit photos of himself to the child and had received sexually explicit photos in return.
Cole is being charged in federal court on 4 separate charges.
Each charge has a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison.
This wasn't Cole's first brush with the law either; previously he had convicted for "furnishing obscenity to children" back in July of 2006.
The investigation into Cole is still ongoing, as it is believed by police that he may have other victims both locally and across the country.
