BAY CITY -- Bay City's mayor laid out what he hopes is the city's future during his State of the City address.
Mayor Christopher Shannon says Bay City is strong but vulnerable.
Mayor Shannon says the city has been focusing on redevelopment with a number of multi-million dollar projects underway in the city.
He also announced Bay City will tackle blight after being awarded more than $260,000 in grant money.
