The Humane Society of Midland County hopes to adopt 22 foster-care pets this weekend in the "Petsmart adoptathon.'"
It is held at the Petsmart located at 6910 Eastman Avenue in Midland.
All animals are up-to-date on their shots.
The HSOMC also hopes to give two shelter dogs new homes. Baxter and Cookie visited the NBC 25 studio Friday. Both animals have their shots and would fit well into any family, according to shelter officials.
