Changes the group hopes to make in Bay City

BAY CITY -- The Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bay County class has released an image of changes they hope to make in Bay City.
Concrete planters with all-season plants and decorative bollards are all part of the plan that the group wants to implement on the four corners of Washington and Center Avenues.
There will be a silent auction on March 21 with the hope of raising enough money for the plan.
The group is hoping for donations of auction items and money.
Also accepted would be supplies and services for the project itself.
