FLINT -- The Flint City Council is expected to once again take up the proposed water pipeline deal on Monday
The finance committee met last night to discuss several issues, including the question of just how many gallons to buy, if the city joins the Karegnondi Water Authority.
The deal would build a new water pipeline to Lake Huron, instead of buying treated water from Detroit.
Council President Scott Kincaid says the council wants to study the deal thoroughly before entering a 25-year contract.
