FLINT -- If you're in the market for a new home, local nonprofits say now might be a good time to buy one the city of Flint.

Salem Housing Community Development Corporation and Operation Unification, Inc. have several newly-renovated properties on the market and they're offering hefty incentives.

Income-qualified buyers can get help with the down payment and closing costs.

Homes come with energy efficient upgrades and warranties.

1606 Lyon St.
