Scientists claim reducing the greenhouse gas emission could ward off an alien attack.

Yup, you read it right- an alien attack.  The Guardian claims NASA’s Planetary Science Division and Pennsylvania State University scientists believe that, while unlikely, greenhouse gasses could push alien life forms out of their homes, and into contact with earth.

The report says this is just one of many scenarios NASA has explored, in an attempt to get the word out about the negative impacts of greenhouse gasses.

In the meantime, we want to know what you think. Is this just a ploy to get people to be more aware of emissions, or is it a plausible theory? Let us know your opinion.
