LUDINGTON, Mich. (AP) - Rain is hampering the ongoing water search for the bodies of two people missing since a small plane plunged into Lake Michigan while flying a cancer patient to the Mayo Clinic.

Mason County Undersheriff Tom Trenner says a state police dive team was staying out of the water Saturday morning.

A day earlier, divers found the bodies of two of the four missing victims of the July 23 crash.

The bodies were identified as Alma school superintendent Don Pavlik and his wife, Irene.

The pilot was rescued the day of the crash.

Officials located the plane's wreckage Thursday evening.

The Cessna 206 plunged into Lake Michigan off the coast of western Michigan while flying Don Pavlik to the clinic in Rochester, Minn.
