Opens next month
Cabela’s Incorporated, the hunting, fishing and outdoor gear store, will open to the public in Kochville Township next month.
Company officials say the interior of the location is designed to surround customers in the outdoor experience. It won't be as big as the monster-sized store in Dundee. Instead it's called "An Outpost". It will include:
- Interactive wildlife displays and trophy animal mounts;
- Core-Flex floor plan with merchandise mix designed to match the season;
- Innovative digital signage;
- Raised dioramas with hand-painted backdrops;
- Indoor archery range, archery tech room and gun counter
Earlier news reports on NBC 25 indicated the store is hiring 115 full and part time employees.
