FLINT -- Each year, Flint Judge Herman Marable selects a "student of the year."
This year, he selected 16-year-old Chenelle Harkless of Flint Northwestern High School.
Chanelle is very active in athletics and extra-curricular activities. She plans to one day be an attorney or judge.
