CLIO -- A 53-year-old Clio man is in critical condition after turning into an oncoming car on Vienna Road.
Genesee County Sheriff Robert Pickell says the man was riding a bike in the middle of the road near Wal-Mart when the accident happened Sunday night.
Pickell says alcohol on the part of the cyclist likely played a role in the accident.
No one else was hurt, according to police.
