PORT HURON -- Four Port Huron residents are accused of sexual assault and torture.
Police say 21-year-old Vito Hale, 19-year-old Conrad Evenson, 18-year-old Bobby Main, and 18-year-old Talon Ferguson are charged with several counts each of criminal sexual conduct, torture and unlawful imprisonment.
This is from an incident that took place over the course of the past three weeks.
Police are still investigating.
