FLINT -- In Flint an arrest has been made in a murder outside a liquor store last year.
Authorities tell us 40-year-old Michael McDonald is behind bars this morning for the murder of Jasper Simmons.
He faced a judge earlier this week for murder, carrying a concealed weapon and other charges.
Simmons was shot in October of last year near North Saginaw Street.
Tips led police out of state to Arkansas where McDonald had fled.
Right now he's in the Genesee County Jail.
