(AP) -- GRAND BLANC - Oakland University says it's expanding a certification program for people who help other people develop their careers. The Rochester-based university's School of Education and Human Services is taking registrations for its 120-hour Career Development Facilitator Training certificate program. Classes are offered this winter at new sites in Grand Blanc and Livonia, as well as in Troy.
Oakland University says the program is designed for people who work in career development agencies, including employment services, personnel departments, vocational rehabilitation programs and school career centers.
