A Mid-Michigan doctor and his office staff are looking for a family who is need of some assistance this holiday season. Dr. Debasish Mridha, a Saginaw Township Neurologist is asking for submissions from Saginaw County families or someone who knows of a family in need.
After all applications are received, two families will be selected. Selected families however are required to have an income of $20,000 or less.
If you're interested, you can submit your letters with details on family size, children and why a particular family needs help to Dr. Mridha's office at the address below.

Selected families will be provided with a complete holiday dinner and presents, up to $500. Letters will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 21, 2009.
