A person of interest has been taken into custody for a suspicious death in Flint Township.
Derek Shane Williams, 40, is being questioned by police in the murder of 60-year-old Frank Kellybrew of Flint.
A passerby found Kellybrew's body outside the Italia Gardens restaurant on Miller Road near I-75 around 6 a.m. Friday.
