Rachel Marie Moore is currently in police custody
MIDLAND -- Midland Police have located 39-year-old Rachel Marie Moore of Sanford, after a deadly shooting in a Burger King parking lot Monday night.
The vehicle was located at approximately 11:21 pm and Moore was located and placed in custody at approximately 3:18am.
Police were called to the scene at 6730 Eastman Ave. shortly before 7:30 pm., and found a man unresponsive in the front seat of a green ford pick-up truck.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as 67-year-old Brian Lynn Reichow of Midland. Police believe the Reichow and Moore were acquaintances, but they are not sure of a motivation yet.
Moore has been charged with Homicide-Open Murder in the case.
Witnesses tell NBC25 a tarp was placed over the driver's side door of the truck, while police surveyed the scene.
