The Rep. Paul Scott recall has made it back on the November ballot.
The Associated Press reports the Genesee County clerk’s office received a notice from the Michigan Supreme Court to put the issue back on the ballot.
Last week, the recall was temporarily blocked.
The group leading the effort to recall Rep. Scott says they’re doing so because he supported cuts to education and pension taxes.
The case has since been in and out of the courts, going on and off of the ballot. Now, it appears the issue will remain up to Genesee County voters on November 8th.
