Step aside Black Friday, Cyber Monday is expected to be one of the biggest shopping days of the year as more people prefer to stay at home in their PJs rather than battle crowds at the stores to get good deals.

The Monday after Thanksgiving is known as “Cyber Monday.”  It’s a day when online retailers offer significant discounts and shipping deals.  

According to the National Retail Federation, Cyber Monday spending is expected to be around $1.2 billion.

Monday morning, NBC25 spoke with the creator of an online coupon company called savingsmania.net.  Check out their suggestions for great deals in the video above.
