An MSP cadaver dog helped discover the body of Trenton Dobrzenski Friday.

GENESEE TOWNSHIP -- Trenton Dobrzenski's body was found not far from where investigators say his boat capsized on Mott Lake more than a week ago.
A Michigan State Police cadaver dog sniffed out the 19-year-old's body shortly before noon Thursday, about 40 yards from where Dobrzenski's boat was first found. His body was hidden under some brush. He was last seen May1. Searchers were detained as the body was retrieved.
Investigators tell NBC25 it appears Dobrzenski tried to swim to shore, but was weighed down by heavy clothing. His family has been notified. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday.
