If a referendum is passed by the Michigan Supreme Court, Mike Brown would be removed from office.

FLINT -- The future of Flint Emergency Manager Mike Brown is now in the hands of the Michigan Supreme Court.

A refereundum of the state's Emergency Manager Law will be decided by the court.

If the referendun passes and gets placed on the November ballot, Brown would be removed from office immediately.

The court announced earilert his week that it will hear oral arguments in the case on July 25th.
