SAGINAW -- One man is dead in Saginaw following a shooting on Van Etten Street. Police say 34-year-old Dion Levern Jacobs of Saginaw was shot to death around 7:50 Thursday night in the 2700 block of Van Etten.
Neighbors say they heard shots but didn't know where they were coming from.
They also tell NBC 25 Jacobs often walked up and down the street and was friendly.
