Fire damages home before new tenants move in

FLINT -- Flint Police are investigating a fire that caused significant damage to a Flint home Sunday.

The fire started around 4p.m. Sunday in the rear of a home located at 5317 Baldwin Boulevard.

Officials say a former tenant had just moved out of the home and new tenants were ready to move in.

No one was inside at the time of the blaze.

Police are investigating the cause.

No injuries are reported.
