GRAND BLANC -- A plan to build a new Culver's Restaurant in Grand Blanc has been rejected.
The restaurant needed a majority vote of four-of-six zoning board of appeals members. The site plan was voted down three-to-two.
The proposed development was on a one-acre piece of land located on South Saginaw Street south of Sunset Apartments and across the street from Grand Blanc High School.
Among the concerns were traffic and safety at the intersection of Saginaw and Holly Road
