MACKINAC ISLAND, Mich. (AP) - Family members say it was a

25-year-old woman and 26-year-old man from Greenville whose bodies

were discovered in an apartment on Mackinac Island. Police say foul

play is not suspected.

The Grand Rapids Press reports the bodies of Bridgette Powers

and Blake Slentz were found Thursday night on the northern Michigan

island. Lea Strouse, Slentz's sister, says they were engaged to be

married.

Strouse says Slentz was a 2001 graduate of Greenville High

School. Dennis Powers said his daughter was a 2002 graduate of the

same school. Family members say they were seasonal workers on the

island.

Autopsies were planned. Island and Michigan State police are

investigating.

The Detroit Regional Chamber's annual policy conference on

Mackinac Island was under way and ends Saturday.
