Thieves often hit up cars in dark parking lots or alleys. But one brazen thief ripped off Saginaw City Hall this week.

Surveillance video of a man shows a man, who police say stole a woman's purse and then took a surveillance camera from Saginaw City Hall.

Tuesday, the man walked into the City Inspection Office when no one was around and took a worker's purse. He then walked out of the building.
