A 22-year-old Saginaw man suffered life-threatening wounds after being shot multiple times inside a house in the 1300 block of Hancock early Sunday morning.

Officers responded to the scene just after 2 a.m. and found numerous used shell casings at and near the residence.

The man was taken to a local hospital. Saginaw Police Department detectives are interviewing witnesses in the ongoing investigation.

Saginaw police said the shooting is not random or gang-related.
